01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 24Hr Affordable Defensive Traffic School website, online registration system, Arizona Defensive Driving Course, and related services.
By accessing the website, registering, submitting payment, or participating in the course, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
02Course Details
The Arizona Defensive Driving Course is delivered online and consists of 16 instructional units. Each unit requires approximately 15 minutes of instructional review.
Students may access the course from a compatible internet-connected device and proceed according to applicable course timing and participation requirements.
03Final Exam
The course include an easy final examination. Students must review the required instructional material and successfully answer the required quiz questions.
Course quizzes may be attempted again as necessary, subject to applicable course and identity-verification requirements.
04Identity Verification
Students are required to establish identity-verification information before beginning the course and must correctly respond when verification is requested during course participation.
Identity verification may occur multiple times throughout the course. Failure to satisfy required identity verification may affect continued course access or completion.
05Affirmation of Eligibility
Eligibility depends on the citation, driving history, applicable Arizona requirements, and instructions issued by the court.
- You generally may not have attended defensive driving for citation diversion for an eligible violation occurring within the previous 12 months.
- Your citation must contain an eligible violation.
- Defensive driving diversion may be used for only one eligible violation.
- A serious-injury or fatal collision is not eligible for defensive driving diversion.
- You must satisfy the applicable course-completion deadline established for your citation and court.
Additional requirements may apply depending on the driver's license, vehicle, citation, court, and circumstances of the violation.

A listed violation code does not by itself guarantee eligibility. The citation, court requirements, prior defensive-driving attendance, and all other applicable eligibility requirements must also be satisfied.

07Accuracy of Student Information
The student represents that all information submitted during registration and course participation is accurate, complete, and truthful.
This includes identity information, driver license information, citation details, court information, violation information, and eligibility-related information.
Providing false, incomplete, misleading, or materially inaccurate information may affect eligibility, course completion, or reporting.
08Pricing & Required Fees
The total amount due consists of the school course fee plus applicable Arizona and court-specific fees.
Court diversion fees vary by jurisdiction. The applicable amount is presented during registration before payment is submitted.
09Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility is governed by the school's Refund Policy, applicable Arizona requirements, applicable court requirements, and the status of the student's course participation.
Certain state, court, surcharge, processing, or other fees may be non-refundable once incurred or transmitted.

By registering, enrolling, requesting information, or submitting a contact form, you authorize 24Hr Affordable Defensive Traffic School to contact you regarding registration, payment, eligibility, course access, completion, or related services.
Communications may be delivered by email, telephone, text message, or information submitted through website forms as reasonably necessary to administer the course.
11Certificate & Court Reporting
After successful completion of all applicable course requirements, 24Hr Affordable Defensive Traffic School processes the student's course completion as required.
Students may receive or access a Certificate of Completion following successful completion.
12Copyright & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, course content, instructional materials, graphics, text, designs, software, assessments, and other content are owned by or licensed to 24Hr Affordable Defensive Traffic School.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or commercially use protected materials without prior written authorization.
13Privacy Policy
Your use of DefensiveTrafficSchool.com and participation in the Arizona Defensive Driving Course are also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected.

Course requirements, court fees, state fees, surcharges, procedures, website content, and other aspects of the Services may change as required by applicable rules, court procedures, regulatory requirements, or operational needs.
When fees applicable to a new registration change, the current amount will be presented before payment is submitted.
