ELIGIBILITY:

☑️ I affirm that I meet this course’s eligibility criteria: my ticket was received in Arizona, I have not taken a defensive driving course for ticket dismissal in the past year, I can complete the course at least 7 days before my court date, I was not driving a commercial vehicle when cited, I was not involved in a collision causing serious injury or death, and I understand dismissal applies to only one violation on my citation.

CITATION:

Information required for course registration: a) Copy of traffic citation; b) Copy of government-issued ID; and c) Payment prior to class start.

DOCUMENTS:

Upload a clear photo or scan of the front of your driver's license and ticket/citation (required by the State of Arizona and the court). Supported file formats: JPEG, JPG, GIF, PDF, PNG, DOC, DOCX.

COURT:

This course includes the following fees: Course Fee $47.00, State Fee $24.00, State Surcharge $45.00, Processing Fee $15.00, and any applicable Court Fee indicated by selecting the Court below in this form.

eligibility requirements

To be eligible to take the Arizona Defensive Driving course:

  • You cannot attend if you’ve taken a defensive driving course for a ticket in 12 months.
  • Your citation must be on the eligible list. If so, you can attend for one violation only.
  • If you were involved in a serious injury or fatal accident, you are not eligible.
  • You were not operating a commercial vehicle at the time of the ticket.
  • You must complete your course seven days prior to your court date.

Refund Policy

You can request to cancel your order for a refund prior to beginning the course, less $17 processing fee. The court fee is refundable at the discretion of each court.

Once a student starts the course, no refund will be provided.

All refunds shall be completed within 30 days of the request or 30 days after the arraignment date.
