• I was issued my ticket or citation in the state of Arizona.
• I have NOT attended a defensive driving course for ticket dismissal in the past 12 months.
• I can complete this class at least 7 days prior to my court date.
• I was not operating a commercial vehicle at the time of the ticket.
• My violation did NOT result in a collision that killed or seriously injured any person.
• I understand this dismissal applies to ONLY ONE violation on the citation.
