To be eligible for this course, you must have received your ticket or citation in Arizona, not have attended a defensive driving course for ticket dismissal in the past year, be able to complete the course at least 7 days before your court date, not have been operating a commercial vehicle when you received the ticket, not have been involved in a collision resulting in serious injury or death, and be aware that this dismissal applies to only one violation on your citation.
